Are the products sold on Hypedfam original?
All products sold on Hypedfam are authentic. We check all items before shipping to ensure their authenticity.
How do they manage to sell items that are out of stock everywhere?
We hear this question regularly, these items we sell are limited and are usually sold out in most retailers. Our mission is to give you access to these articles in the safest and simplest way possible. We buy items directly from retailers before they are sold out, or from our contacts with private resellers that we know. All items are individually chosen and checked by us before being sent.
How do you check the products?
Our authentication process starts from the moment we buy, and when we receive the item it goes through a check where we particularly analyze the labels, packaging, materials, accessories and smell.
Shipping & Deliveries
How do shipments work?
We normally ship orders via FEMA or CTT for national shipments and via UPS or DHL for international shipments. Shipments normally take between 3-10 business days.
Our items labeled 'EXPRESS 48H' will be delivered within a maximum of two working days. This is because they are already in stock with us. When you order on our website, you will receive an email with your order number.
If we do not have the item in stock, we will search our reseller network, once found, it will be transported to us, once received it will be authenticated and verified. Then, we send the order to your address and you will receive another email with the tracking number. Once you receive this email, you will receive the order the next day.
How much do shipping costs cost?
Free on all orders over €50 in Portugal and Spain and €14.95 on all orders in the rest of Europe.
What countries do they ship to?
We ship to all European countries.

How do I know what my size is?
To find out your usual size, we generally advise you to use the size you wear in Nike as a comparison. Normally shoes from luxury brands fit larger.
Each model may be different, like Yeezy and Air Force, but if you need any help don't hesitate to ask, write to Chat Bot or contact us on Instagram.
How do you wear Air Jordans?
Air Jordans fit normally, true to size. We recommend ordering your usual size.
How do you wear the Air Force?
In general, the Air Force 1 fits more than normal. We advise you to order half a size smaller than your usual size. Example: if you wear a size 39, order the 38.5 for Air Force 1.
How do you wear Dunks?
The Nike Dunk fits normally, they are true to size. We advise you to order your usual size.
Exchanges & Returns
Is it possible to return an item?
Yes, you can return your order up to 14 days since you received it. We will issue a refund as long as the item has not been used and is returned in the same way it was sent. Once the return is received and processed, the refund is made within 24 to 48 hours in the same way the payment was made. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
Is it possible to make an exchange?
From the moment the order was received, you have 14 days to make the exchange, simply contact us so we can help you and resolve the exchange. In order for us to accept the exchange, the product we send cannot have been used, it must be in the same condition in which we sent it. As soon as we receive the order back, we check that everything is ok and then make the exchange.
Is it possible to cancel/modify an order?
You can request a change or cancellation of your order as long as the request is made before your order is shipped. Contact us if you need to cancel the order.

How can I make payment?
We accept payment by Apple Pay, Google Pay, Shop Pay, card (Visa, MasterCard, Amex or other debit card), MB Way, Multibanco and Paypal. It is also possible to pay with Klarna, 3 interest-free installments.
